Since Yoga has found me it transforms my life. In Yoga I find balance, structure, calmness of the mind. The physical aspects of Yoga impact on my emotional state and enhance my overall wellbeing. There is so much more to discover than the postures (Asana)! I call myself fortunate to have met Sannyasi Pragyadhara who introduced me to the Satyananda Yoga Tradition. I appreciate the clarity of this yoga system, and the Bihar School of Yoga in North India became a source of wisdom and inspiration to me.
Have a read through my blog to get an idea about my approach & understanding of yoga – a practice that should not be limited to the mat but encompasses all aspects of life & our human experience.
Under events & offerings you see my weekly classes. Most of my classes incorporate mantra or songs from the heart. Mantra help us to get to a deeper state within our practice; Inner resistance is often melted away when the sound of mantra carries us through the practice. If you’re new to mantra, I’d recommend to not think about it too much but to experience it! My Yin Yoga classes are designed as a nourishing time for body & soul. I incorporate sound & my originals on the guitar to help you relax & unwind.
See you soon! Hari om tat sat, Ceremony
